Order and Payment

How do I go about getting an order?

Choose the item you want, specify the size and color you would like (if applicable), and click on "Add to Cart." Once all items you wish to buy have been added to the cart, go to checkout to place your order.

How am I supposed to make a payment?

Any major credit/debit card, PayPal and other secure options provided at the time of checkout.

After confirming the order, will I be able to modify or cancel it if I wish to do so?

As soon as a customer places an order, we begin its processing. In situations where an order needs to be modified or canceled, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Which types of shipping do you support and what is the fee for them?

There is standard, expedited, and express shipping available. The rates differ depending upon modes of shipping and your location. You may preview the rates when checking out.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery time is dependent upon the region. For standard shipping, it is usually between 5 to 7 working days, for expedite it is 2 to 3 days and for express it would be 1 to 2 days.

May I check the status of my order?

Yes, after dispatch some status updates will be sent to your email and a tracking number will be provided. Using this number, you will be able to check your shipment status.

Returns and Exchanges

What does the return policy at your store entail, can I get my money back?

We accept members to return their items with thirty days interval. Returns are for items that are new, tagged and packed in the original box. Items that are on sale cannot be returned.

How do I move forward in order to return an item?

For how to return an item please go to the Returns section of the website and follow the procedures there. Refund will be issued in up to a week, five to seven working-to-business day period after your return has been received.

Is it possible to get something else in its place instead of a refund?

Yes, if you need a different size or color, please reach to the customer service department. We will be happy to attend to your exchange demand.

How can I find out my size?

For precise measurements, check each product page’s Size Guide. You can also choose a larger size if you find yourself between two sizes and would like to be more comfortable.

How do I maintain my clothes?

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. But you will be able to follow your orders, have your shipping address saved, and see the history of placed orders.
