- These Terms & Conditions also applies to all the users of Couture Outfit. While making purchases, browsing and interacting with our site, you accept these terms.
- We may make amendments to these terms as we wish at other times and those changed terms will be in effect as soon as they have been posted on this site. When this happens, you are deemed to consent to those updated terms upon continued use of our website.
Ordering and payment of services
- To Place An Order: It is easy to place an order. You have to just add some items into the cart, click on the checkout button and pay.
- Pricing: All the prices are available in [Currency] and certain prices may change due to the running promotions, sales and other instances. However, we can change the prices at any given point in time.
- Methods of Payment: All credit cards, PayPal, and the payment methods provided at the checkout are accepted. Your card will be charged when the order is confirmed.
- Confirmation of Your Order: An email will also be sent to you after you have completed the purchase. If you do not get a confirmation message, feel free to get in touch with us.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping methods: We have different delivery methods, namely, standard delivery, expedited delivery and express delivery. Delivery fees are estimated based on the location of the delivery and delivery period, and they are computed during checkout at the point of purchase.
- Delivery Date: Expected delivery dates are provided as part of the order confirmation process. However, actual delivery dates depend on certain variables which include carrier service level, delivery location and season.
- Order Status: When your purchase is shipped, tracking information is sent to you via email. This will allow you to track the order delivery.
- International Orders: For international shipments, duties and taxes may be imposed on the order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility & Duration– Any item which is unworn, unwashed and undamaged and packed with tags may be returned within thirty days of delivery. Items purchased from sales are not returnable.
- Returning the Product: For the first step of making a return, go to the Returns section on our website and move through the steps described there. Refunds are completed within 5 – 7 business days whereby we have received the returned item from the customer.
- Exchanges: For any exchange for a different size or different color than the one purchased, please contact support and we will be glad to help.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is liable for the costs of returning goods unless the wrong item or a defective one was sent by us.
